Essential talents and qualifications:
A software engineer at heart with a strong quality and QA mindset. You shift quality left, build it in from the start, and take pride in what you ship.Around 10 years of work experience in a C++ software engineering role. If you have less, a strong drive to sharpen your C++ skills counts for a lot.You're energized by what AI brings to software engineering and keep pushing how far it can take your development, testing, and review.Excellent algorithmic and conceptual thinking, plus a generalist knowledge of technologies including cloud (Azure), and the curiosity to stay up to date.A strong mentor and team player with great communication skills and a positive attitude.A bachelor's, master's, or PhD in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or similar, or the equivalent by experience.Bonus points if you have:
Working experience with web applications and continuous integration testing (Docker Kubernetes, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, etc.). Expertise in specific quality areas like performance and security testing or test process improvement.A certificate in software testing (ISTQB, TMap, WAPT).Soft skills

Strong C++ knowledge. Python scripting and SQL. CI/CD and DevOps: Azure DevOps pipelines Kubernetes Docker and Azure or other cloud-native platforms. REST APIs service-oriented architecture streaming frameworks and API development. Observability and identity tooling: OpenTelemetry the ELK stack and Auth0. Experience in remote teams and with our toolchain: VS Code and GitHub Enterprise.Language skills
