Who are we?

We’re delaware; a global consultancy that helps organizations transform through technology and innovation. We work across industries, across borders, and with a down-to-earth culture where people support each other, learn from one another, and celebrate success together.

Our project management community is made up of PMOs, project managers and program managers who share best practices, challenge each other, and grow together. We apply a PMI-based methodology, we coach each other continuously, and we genuinely care about delivering projects the right way.

At delaware, you’ll find a place where you can be yourself, develop your expertise, and grow your career in the direction that fits you ; whether that’s senior project management, program management or beyond.

You’ll find us in Wavre, Ghent, Liège, Antwerp, Kortrijk, Lummen and Luxembourg ; but where you work is flexible. We embrace a hybrid way of working.
