Job Description

This role supports the Clinical Squad within the Ruby Program. The consultant will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and Digital Technology teams, helping evaluate, select, and implement new digital solutions supporting Clinical Development and Regulatory activities. The position involves close collaboration with business teams, IT, AI specialists, compliance teams, and external vendors in a regulated environment.

  Typical Day

  • Gather and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders.
  • Perform technical assessments and fit-gap analyses of vendor solutions.
  • Support RFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluation, and solution selection.
  • Coordinate implementation activities with business, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and governance activities.
  • Act as a translator between business and technical stakeholders.

 



Requirements

Years of Experience
3 to 8 years of experience, with solid exposure to IT project management and digital initiatives.

Must Have

  • IT Project Management experience.
  • Experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or hybrid role.
  • Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to assess digital solutions from a technical perspective.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge business and technology teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working in digital transformation projects.

Nice to Have

  • Clinical Development or Pharma experience.
  • Exposure to GxP-regulated environments.
  • Experience with AI or GenAI-enabled solutions.
  • Experience supporting RFI/RFP activities.
  • Knowledge of system integrations, security, and compliance considerations.



Requirements
Responsible for overseeing the strategy, governance, and quality of all master data (Vendors, Customers, Materials), ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business processes across the organization. P.S. Only Europe based candidates with valid work permit apply.
