We, at Leggett Dynamics, are searching for a Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d) within our Branch Customer Service team to help support our Automotive business. That’s right Our automotive products fall into four primary groups: Seating and Lumbar support, Motors, Actuators and Massage Systems. As a Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d), you will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service and the smooth coordination of customer demand and supply activities. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by maintaining high service levels, strengthening customer intimacy, and supporting efficient supply chain operations. The team you will be working with is a collaborative group of customer service, manufacturing, sales, and operations professionals focused on delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
Additionally, you’ll:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary contact for supply-related matters
- Monitor demand changes and gather customer insights to support accurate planning
- Resolve order, delivery, returns, packaging, and supply issues to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction
- Manage customer data exchange, supplier portals, and demand communication, ensuring accurate ERP planning
- Coordinate customer-specific supply requirements and packaging approvals
- Escalate and communicate supply risks in a timely manner.
- Promote a safety-first culture and maintain a safe working environment
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in similar role
- Experience in production area
