As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own Cohabs’ Talent Acquisition strategy and execution across our international markets. Working closely with the HR Manager, hiring managers, and leadership, you will help Cohabs attract, assess, and hire the talent needed to support its next stage of growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own Cohabs’ Talent Acquisition strategy and roadmap end-to-end, translating business priorities into clear recruitment plans across international markets.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment processes across Cohabs’ international markets, from hiring needs and intake to sourcing, assessment, offer, and closing.
  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers and leadership, advising on profiles, market realities, sourcing strategies, and hiring priorities.
  • Support and coach hiring managers to better define their recruitment needs and improve their interviewing and assessment skills, while challenging hiring needs and processes when relevant.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, networking, talent mapping, and other relevant channels.
  • Lead candidate screening and interview processes, ensuring strong assessment, stakeholder alignment, and an excellent candidate experience.
  • Independently manage multiple recruitment priorities across different countries and markets, making trade-offs and proactively communicating risks and recommendations.
  • Own recruitment reporting and KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve quality, speed, and conversion throughout the recruitment funnel.
  • Drive recruitment projects and process improvements, leveraging technology, automation, and AI to streamline repetitive tasks and scale recruitment effectively.
  • Build Cohabs’ external talent network through schools, events, and relevant partnerships, with a focus on both experienced and early-career talent.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, including significant in-house experience within a fast-growing or international company.
  • Proven track record of owning Talent Acquisition strategy, as well as independently managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and countries.
  • Experience recruiting across international markets, with a strong understanding of different candidate pools, recruitment practices, and market dynamics.
  • Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills, with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Data, technology, and AI-driven mindset, with proven experience implementing automation or AI solutions.
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and accountable, with the ability to prioritize and make decisions without day-to-day guidance.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and a fast-changing scale-up environment.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a strong plus.
