As Strategy & Business Steering Manager
- B2C, you will join the Strategy & Portfolio team. This team helps define business priorities, supports decision-making across Telenet’s consumer business, and ensures that plans and budgets stay aligned with company goals.

You will work closely with senior management and report to the Strategy & Portfolio lead for Residential, Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) and Portfolio. The team focuses on Telenet’s consumer and small business activities across connectivity and entertainment, covering the Telenet, BASE and Tadaam brands. This is a fast-moving environment, so you should feel comfortable working with changing priorities, complex topics and some ambiguity.


Your responsibilities as a Strategy & Business Steering Manager
- B2C

You act as the main point of contact for senior business managers responsible for a specific business area, such as entertainment. You organise and facilitate regular business review meetings where senior stakeholders make joint decisions to improve performance and customer value in that business area. You provide clear insights into financial results and business performance, working closely with data and reporting analysts in the team. You translate these insights into actions, identify areas for improvement and share recommendations with senior business stakeholders. You lead the short
- and medium-term business planning cycle, including quarterly follow-up and roadmap & budget monitoring, in close collaborationwith the business leads. You work with product owners to keep the business roadmap up to date and make sure priorities support budget targets and key performance indicators.

…has a background in business strategy, business planning or management consulting, preferably in a large or complex organisation.

5+ years’ experience You are a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills You have a proven ability to influence and create alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities. You can challenge, facilitate and steer discussions at executive level, translating different perspectives into a shared direction and actionable decisions. You are proactive and pragmatic, with the ability to prioritise projects, topics and stakeholders effectively. Experience with financial modelling is an advantage You build trust easily and can connect people across teams to move topics forward.
