Analyze end-to-end business processes, particularly within Supply Chain and Finance, and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, define requirements, and design improved processes.
Translate business needs into pragmatic, scalable, and sustainable SAP-based solutions.
Challenge business requirements by proposing alternatives aligned with industry best practices and standard solutions.
Lead or contribute to functional design activities, testing phases, implementation projects, and change initiatives.
Coordinate collaboration between business teams, IT teams, SAP experts, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure consistency and integration across SAP modules and business processes.
Support issue resolution by providing functional expertise and a strong understanding of business impacts.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the evolution of the application landscape.
Participate in roadmap definition and transformation programs, from analysis through implementation.
Take ownership of projects or workstreams, ensuring effective planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery.

5 to 10 years of experience in a Senior Business Analyst, SAP Consultant, SAP Functional Analyst, or similar role.
Proven experience working on SAP-related projects, with strong knowledge of Supply Chain and/or Finance processes.
Good understanding of end-to-end business processes, ideally within a retail, distribution, or complex operational environment.
Ability to quickly understand business challenges and translate them into effective solutions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex topics and provide clear recommendations.
Experience managing projects, coordinating stakeholders, and driving delivery is a strong asset.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with both business and technical audiences.
Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on business value and results.
Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is considered an advantage.
Open-minded, collaborative, and motivated by change and continuous improvement.
