Contracts Manager | Farciennes, Belgium
€110,000 - €130,000
We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join a leading Irish main contractor on a major advanced-manufacturing project in Farciennes, Belgium.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery across a portfolio of projects
- Lead and support Project and Site Managers
- Manage programme, commercial performance and health & safety across projects
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients and design teams
- Drive quality standards and continuous improvement
- Report to the directors on project performance and risk
Skills & Qualifications
- Significant main contractor experience at Project or Contracts Manager level
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Excellent leadership and client management skills
- Full driving licence
