Job description
The company is located in Strombeek-Bever.
Your responsibilities:
- You prepare, set up, and operate pilot plant equipment for testing activities.
- You perform assigned tests and experiments according to established procedures.
- You reconfigure, adjust, and rebuild machine components when required.
- You collect, retrieve, and accurately document test data.
- You verify data quality and report any anomalies to your supervisor or technical coach.
- You support administrative and reporting tasks related to testing activities.
- You learn and apply new testing methods with a strong focus on quality and reliability.
- You collaborate closely with engineers, scientists, and technical specialists.
- You demonstrate strong hands-on technical skills.
- You are comfortable working with machinery and equipment.
- You maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- You possess good computer skills and feel confident using software applications.
- You communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
- You show a proactive attitude and are willing to ask questions when needed.
- You are comfortable with a role that can be physically demanding at times.
- You are willing to perform tasks that may require working in less comfortable or awkward positions.
We’re not looking for someone who aims to become a researcher, but who understands the context and procedures, and thrives in supporting technical research work.
- 39 hours/week + 6 ADV days + meal vouchers of € 8/day.
- Salary in line with your background and experience.

- You communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
- You show a proactive attitude and are willing to ask questions when needed.
- You are comfortable with a role that can be physically demanding at times.
