Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and selection agency specialized in Retail, Fashion, and Luxury, is currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager – Premium Women Fashion Brand based in Knokke.
At our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with various companies across the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors throughout Europe, with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich, and Amsterdam.
Main responsibilities of the Assistant Store Manager:
- Lead and motivate the store team, fostering a positive working environment
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
- Advise and sell the collections with passion, caring for both regular and new customers
- Support order preparation and follow-up
- Monitor stock, place orders and keep the product presentation at its best
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience selling high-quality women's outerwear and some initial experience as an assistant store manager
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident, positive and self-motivated
- Able to convey the brand lifestyle with enthusiasm
- Very good English or German (additional languages are a plus)
