You'll work on diverse, high-impact customer engagements across a wide range of industries.

You:
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on their Microsoft security strategy and roadmap, translating business risk into concrete architecture and control decisions Design and implement solutions across the Microsoft security product portfolio: Entra (Identity & Access), Defender (Threat Protection), Purview (Data & Compliance), Defender for Cloud (Cloud & Workloads), and Intune (Device Management) Lead delivery on projects with deep expertise in Identity & Access and/or Data & Compliance, and contribute to the broader integration story via Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR) Coach and mentor less experienced consultants, reviewing their architecture and design decisions, guiding their technical growth, and acting as an escalation point on complex client engagements Work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to shape both pre-sales positioning and hands-on implementation Contribute to the growth of delaware's Security practice, knowledge sharing, offering development, and go-to-market input-
