Job Description

We are looking for a Senior HR Technology Platform Architect to act as the architectural authority and strategic bridge between Talent/HR and Corporate Communication stakeholders, the DT Talent & Corporate Communication team, enterprise architecture, data and analytics team, cybersecurity & integration teams and external partners. The role will make the current & future DT Talent platform ecosystem visible, governable (e.g. how they interact, what data they exchange, how the landscape should evolve) and usable.

Requirements

Must have:
Hands-on architectural and/or integration experience with SAP SuccessFactors (core platform).
Strong knowledge of Phenom.
Experience with TechWolf or similar talent intelligence/data platforms.
Experience designing end-to-end platform ecosystems and multi-system integrations.
Strong understanding of APIs, data architecture, integration architecture and data-flow design.
Experience governing complex HR technology ecosystems.
Ability to define target-state architecture and transformation roadmaps.
Experience working with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Employee Experience domains.
Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical and architectural solutions.
Experience creating architecture documentation, integration views and data-flow visualizations.
Excellent command of English.
 
Nice to have:
Knowledge of NeoCase.
Experience with Degreed.
Exposure to Snowflake, Denodo and Power BI environments.
Experience with AI agents, automation and AI-enabled use cases.
Knowledge of enterprise data lakes and advanced data foundations.
Experience in GxP-regulated environments.
Knowledge of French and/or Dutch.
Experience supporting vendor evaluations, RFP processes and testing strategies.



Requirements

Graduate or postgraduate degree; Coaching or psychology background desirable; Further education change management, organizational development; 5+ years’ experience driving organizational change projects; Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry; Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as solid presentation skills; Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations; A highly organized, energetic, and creative change professional; Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others; Ability to influence others (Sr. leadership) and move toward a common vision or goal.
