Your role will involve taking a hands-on approach in translating a client’s business vision into a future-proof technology landscape and creating the roadmap to get them there. You will build consensus across stakeholder groups and effectively present architectural strategies and their business impact to executive leadership.Contribute to the delivery of technology strategies and EA transformation roadmaps;Define and apply business capability maps to assess maturity, shape technology decisions, communicate complex topics to senior leadership and much more, ...; andWork collaboratively within integrated, cross-functional teams of business and technology experts; Tech skills Between 2 and 5 years of professional experience in Enterprise Architecture and Technology Strategy definitions;Knowledge in Enterprise Architecture Frameworks, e.g. TOGAF, Zachmann, and architecture modelling languages, e.g. ArchiMate, to support technology transformations;Experience in developing, mapping and leveraging business capability maps to drive strategic planning, assess IT-business alignment and maturity and other use cases;Experience in capturing and assessing IT landscapes, identifying gaps, leading rationalization efforts, defining modernization roadmaps, applying architectural standards and principles, ...;You want to build yourself as a T-shape profile with a broad knowledge and client-ready conversational understanding across all technology layers (business, application, data, infrastructure, integration, security, ...) with a deep expertise in one or two domains; Solid understanding of the architectural principles, trade-offs and strategic business implications of cloud hyperscalers, including hybrid and multi-cloud strategies.Soft skills Relevant consulting or industry experience, or similar internal role;Ability to build relationships with business and technology stakeholders;Experience working with moderate-sized engagements (2-7) teams;Presenting and delivering projects to senior leaders at organizations (e.g., Sr. Directors, Vice Presidents, C-suite, ...); Masters degree in relevant field (Computer Science Engineering, Industrial Engineering IT, Applied Informatics, Business Engineering, Information Management, ...); Fluent in English, plus full professional proficiency in French or Dutch.Architecture skills Relevant experience in leading reviews of clients’ technology landscapes to identify a range of business-valued cloud use cases and selecting the preferred public cloud platform for each use case Ability and experience in the following areas: quantifying the business value of cloud, evaluating the organizational impact of cloud adoption, defining cloud architectural principles and articulating key security considerations for public cloud moves Experience in developing business cases and TCO analysis drawing tangible connections between cloud strategy and business-valued financial-success metrics.
