Develop and execute IT strategies, budgets, and operational plans aligned with business objectives.
Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, databases, and business applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Lead enterprise system initiatives, enhancements, integrations, and process improvement projects.
Drive cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery programs.
Ensure IT governance, compliance, and best practice adoption across the organization.
Manage IT vendors, service providers, contracts, and service-level performance.
Lead, mentor, and develop the local IT team while fostering a high-performance culture.
Collaborate with regional and global teams on technology standards, implementations, and strategic initiatives.
Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and operational efficiency improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and IT operations, including people management responsibilities.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and systems administration.
Experience supporting ERP platforms and enterprise applications.
Familiarity with cloud technologies, database management, and IT service management practices.
Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery capabilities.
Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving abilities.
