Job description
📍 Brussels| 🤝 Hybrid | 💼 Freelance Position
Are you passionate about bridging the gap between business and technology? We are looking for a Commercial IT & Data Business Partner to act as the trusted advisor between commercial stakeholders and IT/Data teams.
🎯 Your Role

Build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial leaders.

Capture, prioritize, and manage business needs related to digital solutions, data, and commercial processes.

Act as the key liaison between local business teams and European product organizations.

Support the deployment and adoption of new digital tools and data-driven initiatives.
-
Drive continuous improvements, stakeholder engagement, and business value realization.
âś… What We're Looking For

Experience in IT Business Partnering, Digital Transformation, Data, or Commercial Technology environments.

Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, CRM, Analytics, or Revenue Growth Management processes.

Ability to translate business challenges into practical IT & Data solutions.
-
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
-
Comfortable working in an international, matrix-driven environment.
🌟 Nice to Have

Experience with CRM, commercial platforms, analytics solutions, or digital transformation programs.

Exposure to global or European product-led organizations.
-
Background working with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Data.
