  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the management team.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize business travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, tenants, landlords, and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication at all times.
  • Support the coordination and follow-up of real estate transactions, property management activities, and client projects.
  • Organize internal and external events, meetings, and client visits.
  • Maintain and update databases, CRM systems, and property-related records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.




  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French; additional languages are a strong asset.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or property management systems.
