As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for a broad range of payroll and HR administration activities:

  • Managing the end-to-end payroll process for the Belux region, including onboarding, offboarding and employee changes.
  • Maintaining and validating payroll data, time registrations, leave balances and absences.
  • Preparing payroll payments, performing monthly controls and supporting reconciliations, year-end closing and audits.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of social security and legal payroll documentation.
  • Preparing payroll reports and acting as a point of contact for employees, managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting payroll-related financial reporting processes.
  • Contributing to payroll improvement initiatives and HR projects.
  • Managing group and health insurance administration, including monthly follow-up and annual evaluations.
  • Handling administrative processes such as A1 certificates, American Express requests and meal and eco vouchers.
  • Reviewing and approving invoices according to internal control procedures.
  • Collaborating closely with external payroll providers, authorities and suppliers while continuously improving processes and documentation.

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting & Taxation or a related field.
  • You have several years of payroll experience, preferably within an international environment.
  • You have a strong understanding of Belgian social and tax legislation.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with SAP HR, Workday or other payroll systems is a plus.
  • You are analytical, detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • You have a strong service mindset and enjoy working with different stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English, both written and spoken.
