HR Generalist - French Speaking
Sony Europe are on the lookout a French-speaking HR Generalist to play a pivotal role in supporting our employees and line managers across a broad spectrum of HR functions.
In this position, you will onboard new starters, manage complex employee queries, and administer benefits, payroll processes and drive recruitment for junior level hires.
You will serve as a trusted advisor on HR matters, ensuring compliance with labour laws and Health & Safety policies, while implementing company initiatives that create a positive and engaging workplace.
This role is a key point of contact for employees and managers alike, helping to align HR practices with business objectives and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
