  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on a wide range of HR-related matters.
  • Manage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts, amendments, onboarding documentation, personnel files and reporting.
  • Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, liaising with candidates and external partners, and assisting with offer preparation.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external providers.
  • Contribute to annual HR processes, including performance reviews, salary reviews, promotions and bonus administration.
  • Assist with employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support learning and development initiatives, training coordination and participation tracking.
  • Contribute to employer branding and recruitment-related events.
  • Assist with the implementation of HR projects, policies and organisational initiatives.
  • Maintain HR data and prepare reports and insights to support decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is considered an asset.
  • Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, discreet and service-oriented, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in an international environment.
