Are you an experienced CNC Turner looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in Belgium? Join a modern manufacturing company where craftsmanship, precision, and advanced machining technology are highly valued. You will work on custom-made components and precision parts, not mass production, using modern CNC lathes in a professional and well-organized production environment.
What you'll do
Set up and operate CNC turning machines (lathes)
Work on custom-made and small to medium-sized production runs
Read and interpret technical drawings and CNC programs
Select and adjust tooling, cutting speeds, and machining parameters
Perform quality checks and precision measurements
Produce high-quality components with strict tolerances
Collaborate with experienced colleagues in a skilled production team
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a CNC Turner or CNC Lathe Operator
Experience with ISO programming (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, or similar)
Strong knowledge of turning processes and tooling
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good command of English (minimum A2 level)
Motivation to build a long-term career in Belgium
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Please note: We can only consider candidates who hold the nationality of an EU Member State, an EEA country (Iceland, Norway or Liechtenstein), or Switzerland, and who are legally entitled to work in Belgium without requiring a work permit, single permit, visa sponsorship, or any other employment authorization procedure.
What we offer

€18.00 to €23.00 per hour, depending on experience
