Onsite - Microsoft Frontier Architect

• You guide clients in their evolution toward a Frontier Organization where people, Copilots, and AI agents collaborate, and translate that vision into a concrete roadmap and architecture.
• You analyze how people work, collaborate, and make decisions, and identify opportunities to reshape these processes with Copilots, AI agents, and intelligent automation.
• You translate business needs into scalable end-to-end solutions based on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure AI.
• You design solution blueprints that bring together architecture, integrations, data, security, governance, and adoption.
• You facilitate discovery workshops and design sessions and make complex technology understandable for business and IT stakeholders.
• You work closely with project managers, technical architects, consultants, and specialists within the Microsoft ecosystem from concept to realization.
• You support presales processes by analyzing customer questions, developing solution directions, and helping shape inspiring demos or workshops.
• You actively share knowledge, stay informed of new Microsoft developments, and help colleagues and clients sustainably embed responsible AI applications.

What you need to succeed:

• You have several years of experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Lead Consultant within Microsoft solutions and can demonstrate successful transformation projects.
• You can translate business challenges into clear functional and technical architecture and ensure the coherence of the overall solution.
• You communicate fluently with management, business stakeholders, and technical teams, and involve them in decisions and trade-offs.
• You have experience with complex digital transformation projects and take responsibility from discovery and design through to implementation and adoption.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI-agents, GenAI, Microsoft Fabric, and/or AI-governance is a strong asset, but not a requirement to apply.
• You work autonomously, take initiative, and feel at home in a results-driven, no-nonsense environment where collaboration is central.
• You have excellent knowledge of Dutch and English. Good knowledge of French is a plus.
