Job Description

People Strategy

Develop and implement a comprehensive People & Culture strategy covering talent acquisition, talent development, succession planning, retention, and engagement.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Partner with recruitment teams to anticipate workforce needs, strengthen employer branding initiatives, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

Culture & Employee Engagement

Promote a strong organizational culture and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and overall workplace experience.

Learning & Development

Drive learning strategies, identify development opportunities, and support employees and managers in achieving their full potential.

Change Management & Communication

Support organizational transformation projects, facilitate effective communication, and ensure alignment between business priorities and people initiatives.

People Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop the People team, fostering collaboration, accountability, empowerment, and high performance.

People Analytics & Performance

Track HR metrics and KPIs, analyze trends, and recommend data-driven actions that improve business performance and employee experience.

The Successful Applicant

You bring:

• Significant experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a strategic HR leadership role.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Experience within the retail or consumer-facing sector is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to build trust and influence across all levels of an organization.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability and agility in fast-changing environments.
• Strong resilience and sound decision-making capabilities.
• A highly professional and people-centered approach, with a strong commitment to confidentiality.
• Fluency in at least two of the following languages: French, Dutch, and English.
