PwC Legal is seeking an Associate Lawyer in Corporate & Commercial Law to support both national and international clients in corporate structuring and commercial contracting. You will participate in all deal stages for M&A, from due diligence to drafting and negotiations, and collaborate with PwC experts across disciplines.
The role requires a master’s degree in law with corporate focus, 1–2 years experience, and fluency in Dutch and/or French and English.
