🎯 Assignments

We are looking for a Project Test Engineer to join one of our clients in the automotive sector.

Your main responsibilities include:

Serving as the single point of contact for an extended test plan and ensuring agreed milestones are met
Managing and justifying required resources, people, test benches, and more, to complete the test plan within agreed timing
Proactively identifying and unblocking items that prevent progress, working with autonomy and initiative
Reporting test progress on a regular basis to the Team Leader Test Center Support
Collaborating closely with internal departments (hardware & software engineering, project management) as well as external suppliers and testing facilities
Actively contributing to innovative projects in the field of powertrain development

👤 The profile

Background

You hold an engineering degree in industrial, electromechanical, or mechanical engineering — or equivalent by experience.

Must Have

Familiarity with the automotive product creation process
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate within a multidisciplinary team
Autonomous, perseverant, and systematic working style with a goal-oriented and analytical mindset
Strong communication skills and a solid command of English (oral and written), with the ability to report results clearly and effectively

Nice to Have

Knowledge of transmissions (CVT, DCT, hybrid or electric powertrains)
Experience in automotive testing and testing facilities
