Coordinate and monitor several programs and initiatives while providing regular status reporting to senior management.
Establish systems for status tracking, task management, and risk identification across multiple project streams.
Align different workstreams toward common goals and manage the document environment using SharePoint or Teams.
Ensure the quality of deliverables and facilitate the validation, communication, and archiving of project documentation.
Prepare and consolidate reporting for Steering Committee meetings and support stakeholder management activities.
You possess a Master's degree in Engineering or Economics.
You have 2+ years of experience in project support.
You bring knowledge of the energy sector.
You're well-organized, assertive, and proactive with a solution-oriented and collaborative mindset.
You are fluent in Dutch or French with an excellent knowledge of English.
Nice to HavesPrevious experience within the specific infrastructure context of the client.
