You don't just support transformation, you lead it. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliYour biggest challenge /liliYou bring structure, speed, and security together in one powerful platform strategy. /liliYou set the direction and make it real across the organization. /liliDefine and drive a DevSecOps strategy that delivers secure, automated CI/CD pipelines at scale /liliBuild and evolve API platforms, from gateways to developer portals, so teams can connect, innovate, and grow faster /liliEmbed security by design into every step of the development lifecycle /liliSet clear governance and standards for API lifecycle management, including versioning, throttling, and analytics /liliAccelerate adoption of infrastructure as code, containerization, and orchestration to create resilient platforms /liliMonitor performance and security, act fast on risks, and continuously improve /liliLead cloud-native and microservices transformations that future-proof the platform landscape /liliGuide and inspire engineers and specialists. /liliYour leadership builds a culture of automation, ownership, and innovation /liliExplore new tools, challenge the status quo, and strengthen platform capabilities /liliYou take ownership, connect teams, and turn complexity into clear, scalable solutions. /liliThat’s how you make real impact. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliThis is you /liliYou bring a master's degree in IT, Information Security, or a related field /liliYou have 8+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or API management, including 3+ years in a leadership role /liliYou design and run CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or ArgoCD /liliYou work fluently with Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM, and apply GitOps and policy-as-code /liliYou integrate security into development, from code scanning to container security and secrets management /liliYou manage API platforms like Apigee, Kong, Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway, or MuleSoft /liliYou understand API design, authentication (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS), and governance /liliYou build in the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and work with Docker, Kubernetes, and service meshes /liliYou use observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or New Relic /liliYou think strategically, act decisively, and communicate with impact across technical and business teams /liliCertifications like CKA, AWS DevOps Engineer, CISSP, or API platform certifications strengthen
