The OpportunityWe are looking for a forward-looking Technology Director Benelux to lead the regional technology agenda across operations, delivery, governance, and continuous improvement as a true business enabler.
This role is both strategic and operational, requiring a leader who can define direction while ensuring execution. You will shape the future of technology within the region and directly influence business performance, efficiency, and growth.
It combines strong IT leadership with a clear focus on how technology can create business value—through modernization, digital enablement, automation, data, and AI applied in practical ways that improve performance, resilience, and growth. You will help ensure a secure, reliable, and efficient IT foundation while partnering closely with business leaders and Global IT to shape priorities, unlock opportunities, and translate strategy into tangible outcomes.

Role OverviewAs Technology Director, you hold end-to-end accountability for IT across the Benelux region, including strategy, operations, governance, and transformation initiatives.
You work closely with business leadership and global IT to ensure alignment between strategic priorities and operational delivery.

You combine strategic thinking with operational delivery and can lead both day-to-day IT performance and longer-term development in a matrix organization. You know how to work across business and technology teams, influence senior stakeholders, and bring structure, energy, and direction to ongoing change. Experience with digital innovation, automation, or AI-enabled improvement is an advantage.
