- to large-sized organizations throughout their digital and technology-driven transformation journeys.bKey responsibilities include: /b /pulliCollaborating with clients to define their IT strategy and target operating model, and supporting the effective roll-out of this strategy within the organization /liliShaping the vision for Digital IT Strategy and Transformation by assessing the current state, identifying gaps, defining roadmaps, and guiding the transformation journey /liliEvaluating and designing Digital IT target operating models, including processes, roles, service delivery models, and governance structures /liliDeveloping clear and actionable transformation roadmaps /liliGuiding clients in outsourcing strategies, strengthening relationships with external service providers, and optimizing service delivery models /liliAssessing the existing architecture landscape and providing forward-looking, pragmatic recommendations /liliEnsuring quality assurance in technology transformations through peer reviews, risk assessments, and issue resolution /liliIdentifying and shaping business opportunities, and supporting go-to-market activities to drive sustainable growth /liliSupervising and coaching project teams to ensure the successful delivery of transformation projects and programs /li /ulbSkills

Qualifications:
/bIn addition to a Master's degree in economics, informatics or engineering or similar field, you should possess:ulli5+years of relevant experience in at least one of the following areas: IT Strategy/ IT Audit GRC/ IT Governance / IT Sourcing and SIAM/ ITSM; /liliDemonstrating a strong understanding of IT strategy and digital transformation; /liliA natural inclination for innovation, entrepreneurship, and agility in dynamic environments; /liliExcellent change management, communication, and storytelling skills; /liliFlexibility and motivation to work on diverse projects, with fluency in Dutch and English; /liliPrevious experience in consulting is an advantage; /liliCobit, ITIL, TOGAF… certifications are an asset; /liliHave a critical mindset in using AI in everyday tasks and team collaboration. /li /ul#LI-LS1As a certified Top Employer
