Your responsabilities
• Advise clients on structuring and transferring their wealth in both civil and tax-efficient ways
• Manage estate planning files from A to Z, from first client meeting to implementation
• Develop tailored strategies aligned with clients’ personal and family objectives
• Draft legal documentation and coordinate with external stakeholders (notaries, bankers, etc.)
• Work on both national and international estate planning matters
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients throughout the planning processIdeal profile
• Belgian law degree with a specialization in tax law, estate planning, or notarial law
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in estate planning
• Good command of English; additional languages are an assetThe Offer
