As the business continues to scale, we're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of its software platform and AI-enabled product portfolio.
This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative, international team developing cutting-edge software solutions that have a direct impact on patient care.
As Senior Product Manager, you'll own the product lifecycle from concept through commercial launch, defining the product vision and roadmap while working closely with engineering, AI, clinical, regulatory, quality and commercial teams.
You'll act as the voice of the customer, translating clinical workflows and market needs into innovative software products that deliver real-world value.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, roadmap and release strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Gather customer insights through Voice of Customer activities, market research and workflow analysis.
- Translate user needs into product requirements, prioritised backlogs and feature roadmaps.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Software Engineering, AI, UX, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality and Commercial teams to deliver successful product releases.
- Balance feature prioritisation, customer value and technical trade-offs within a regulated medical device environment.
- Support product launches, customer enablement, training and go-to-market activities.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback and market trends to drive continuous product improvements. What We're Looking For
- 8–10+ years' experience in Product Management within Medical Devices, Digital Health, Healthcare Software, Clinical AI or another regulated technology environment.
- Proven experience managing products throughout the full lifecycle, from concept to commercialisation.
- Strong experience working within Agile development environments.
- Knowledge of Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), AI-enabled medical devices, digital pathology or medical imaging is highly desirable.
- Understanding of regulated development environments (FDA, MDR, ISO 13485) is advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and commercial teams.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences or a related discipline. Location Belgium, Switzerland or neighbouring countries, with occasional travel to company offices in Western Europe.
