About the role
The Engineering Delivery Manager is vital in ensuring the on-time and within-budget delivery of engineering projects. Your role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that incorporate hardware, software, and system integration. You will build cohesive teams to conduct all R&T/R&D engineering activities in a pyrotechnic demain. Managing cross-functional teams, including system engineers, software developers, and test engineers, is central to this role.
Key responsibilities
Ensure engineering deliverables meet on‑time delivery, quality, and budget commitmentsBuild and guide goal‑oriented teams to create an efficient and integrated engineering workflowImprove project execution through advanced project management practicesIdentify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycleWork closely with internal departments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulationsDrive process optimization initiatives using Agile, V‑model, or hybrid methodologiesManage engineering performance through Program Engineering KPIsSupport regulatory, certification, and safety compliance activities for product reliabilityWhat we're looking forMaster’s degree in Engineering, with understanding of pyrotechnics, energetic and/or inert materialsMinimum of five years of experience in project management or technical leadership within engineering sectors such as aerospace, defence, or automotiveFamiliarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and ConfluenceStrong understanding of product development lifecycles, system integration, and testingProven experience managing complex technical projects and multidisciplinary teamsFluency in French and English; German or Dutch is a plusWhy join us?At VeroTech, you’re part of a real community where engineers grow and thrive together while working on cutting-edge projects in several sectors, enjoying flexibility and true support from colleagues.
