Brussels.br /Zoom on the job:br /review, negotiate and draft technology agreements, including software licensing agreements, SaaS, PaaS and cloud services agreements, IT outsourcing agreements, system integration and implementation agreements, data-sharing agreements, smart building and connected solutions agreements, cybersecurity and managed services agreements, technology procurement contracts and AI solutions agreementsbr /provide legal support for digital transformation projects and technology-driven initiatives across all business unitsbr /advise on the legal implications of cloud computing, data analytics, data lakes, Internet of Things (IoT), digital platforms, automation technologies and AIbr /advise business and technical stakeholders on legal obligations linked to evolving digital regulations and standards, including the EU AI Act, Product Liability Directive, ISO 42001, ISO 23894, ISO 27001 and IEC 62443br /support the implementation of AI governance frameworks and internal policiesbr /review AI use cases and digital solutions from legal and risk management perspectivesbr /advise on cybersecurity regulations and frameworks, including NIS2, the Cyber Resilience Act and the Cybersecurity Actbr /collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to assess digital risks and strengthen compliance programmesbr /develop and maintain policies, procedures, guidelines and contract templates relating to digital law mattersbr /design and deliver internal training programmes on digital regulation, cybersecurity, AI and technology contractingbr /Profile Come as you are, ideally with:br /master's degree in lawbr /minimum 8-10 years of professional experience gained within a law firm and/or an international industrial, technology or services groupbr /demonstrated expertise in technology contracting, digital regulation, cybersecurity and/or AIbr /strong understanding of the legal challenges associated with digital transformation and innovationbr /excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skillsbr /ability to balance legal risk management with commercial and operational objectivesbr /strong analytical, organisational and project management capabilitiesbr /business-oriented, pragmatic and solution-driven mindsetbr /excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersbr /fluent in Dutch and English; br / knowledge of French is an assetbr /Offer What if you became Digital Senior Legal Counsel at Equans?
