We deliver complex transformation programmes while retaining the entrepreneurial culture that empowers our consultants to make a genuine impact. /ppLearn more about our AI Competence Centre /ppbWhat will you do? /b /pulliCollaborate with Projective Group domain experts and financial institutions to identify effective GenAI use cases. /liliDesign end-to-end GenAI solutions that align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact. /liliDefine technical blueprints and solution architectures, selecting the right frameworks, platforms, tools and foundation models. /liliDevelop GenAI standards covering architecture, reusable components, security guardrails, explainability, traceability and cost management. /liliGuide engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with business needs. /liliHelp shape Projective Group's AI ecosystem by contributing to AI architecture, internal GenAI solutions and organisation-wide adoption. /li /ulpbYour skills

qualifications:
/b /pulliMaster's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence or a related quantitative field. /liliFluent in English and either French or Dutch. /liliAt least 5 years of experience in software or AI architecture, with a proven track record of designing and delivering AI solutions. /liliExpertise in LLMs, embedding models, RAG frameworks, vector databases, and similarity and hybrid search solutions. /liliExperience with Python or other AI-related programming languages such as TypeScript or R. /liliKnowledge of API integrations, orchestration frameworks and modern AI ecosystems. /liliAbility to optimise the performance, scalability and cost of AI solutions. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliAnalytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. /li /ulpbWhat can you expect from us? /b /ppAt Projective Group, we believe in recognising contribution and supporting growth, both professionally and personally.
