Experience:
15+ years Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to support transversal IT initiatives and lead the definition and delivery of end-to-end architecture solutions across complex IT environments. You will work closely with Requirement Owners, Domain Architects, IT engineers, and application authorities to ensure solutions meet functional, non-functional, security, resilience, and enterprise architecture requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and realization of end-to-end architecture solutions from inception through deployment. Act as the link between Enterprise Architecture, IT engineering teams, and application authorities. Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and domain target architectures. Lead and contribute to large-scale IT transformation initiatives. Develop and promote reusable solution patterns and architecture building blocks. Contribute to domain target architectures and technology roadmaps. Provide pragmatic architectural recommendations for complex, cross-functional challenges. Support both high-level architecture activities and detailed technical implementation challenges. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvements in IT software delivery and engineering practices. Required Experience & Skills 15+ years of experience in the IT industry. Strong experience as a Lead Solution Architect on large-scale transformation projects. Experience designing and deploying critical transactional systems within large and complex organizations. Strong IBM Mainframe experience. Experience with Java and/or Windows .
NET development stacks. Good knowledge of Azure Cloud, APIs, integration mechanisms, and data technologies. Experience with Linux and Java development environments. Strong understanding of architectural analysis and solution design. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work across multiple systems, functions, locations, and organizations. Ability to translate complex technical challenges into practical and actionable solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Nice to Have Financial Services industry experience. Knowledge of financial-sector regulatory environments. Experience with private cloud technologies and Azure. Knowledge of event-driven architecture and Kafka. Experience contributing to reference architectures and positioning papers.
