The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS, HR analytics, and digital transformation. /p ul liLead the implementation and optimization of HRIS and talent management systems. /li liProvide expert advice on HR technology trends, automation, and best practices. /li liConduct system configuration, troubleshooting, and process improvements. /li liCollaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless technology integration. /li liTrain HR teams and end-users on new systems and functionalities. /li liStay up-to-date with the latestHRtrends, tools, and technologies. /li /ul h3PROFILE /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field. /li li3-8years of experience inHRIS, HR, consulting, or a related role. /li liProven experience in HR technology consulting, HRIS implementation, or HR systems management. /li liIn-depth knowledge of HR software (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday, AFAS, Cegid HR Talentsoft, SAP Succesfactors…). /li liStrong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and digital transformation strategies. /li liExperience in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation. /li liExcellent communication and project management skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment. /li liAn ability to build trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues /li liA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and on assignments but also as part of a team. /li liFluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus /li /ul h3WHAT
