This individual will act as the technical authority on the client side, providing architectural oversight, governance, and technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle. /ppThis is not a traditional Technical Analyst role. The position is best suited to a bData Platform Architect, Technical Lead, or Clinical Data Platform Architect /b with expertise in cloud data platforms, governance frameworks, and large-scale data ecosystem implementations. /ph3Key

Responsibilities:
/h3ulliReview and challenge technical designs and architecture proposals /liliEnsure solutions align with enterprise architecture and governance standards /liliProvide technical leadership throughout platform implementation and deployment /liliIdentify, manage, and mitigate technical risks and dependencies /liliFacilitate technical discussions with internal stakeholders and external partners /liliOversee technical areas including: /liliDatabricks /liliUnity Catalog /liliRelease management /liliMetadata management /liliCollaborate with architecture, security, cloud, and data governance teams to drive successful delivery /li /ulh3Required Experience /h3ulliDeep expertise in Azure Cloud Architecture /liliAdvanced knowledge of: /liliDatabricks /liliUnity Catalog /liliData Integration Patterns /liliExperience implementing Data Governance frameworks /liliKnowledge of Data Lineage and Data Contracts /liliExperience managing delivery risks within complex programmes /liliProven technical leadership experience /liliVendor and third-party management experience /liliGood understanding of enterprise architecture principles /li /ulh3Ideal Profile /h3pYou may currently be working as a: /pulliClinical Data Platform Architect /liliData Platform Architect /liliTechnical Lead /li /ulpThe ideal candidate combines: /pulliClinical data domain knowledge /liliGovernance, metadata, and lineage implementation experience /li /ulpCandidates who have previously architected or implemented a Clinical Data Platform, Clinical Data Layer, or similar governed data environment within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or clinical research will be particularly attractive. /pulliPharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical research industry experience /liliClinical Data Platform architecture /liliCDISC standards knowledge /liliGxP-regulated environment experience /liliClinical data governance expertise /li /ulpWhile clinical domain knowledge is highly desirable, exceptional candidates with strong data platform architecture experience will also be considered. /ph3Experience Required /h3ulliTypically 8+ years of relevant experience /liliStrong candidates with fewer years of experience will be considered where expertise is clearly demonstrated /li /ulh3Location Working Model /h3ulliHybrid working arrangement /liliBelgium-based professionals preferred /liliApproximately two days per week on-site /liliRemote candidates may be considered for highly specialised profiles, provided they can attend critical workshops and stakeholder sessions when required /liliStart: ASAP /liliFull-time commitment required (5 days per week) /liliPart-time arrangements cannot be considered /li /ulh3Language Requirements /h3ulliAdditional European languages are advantageous but not required /li /ulh3Interview Process /h3ulliInitial Microsoft Teams interview /liliTechnical interview(s) as appropriate /liliPotential final face-to-face meeting /li /ulpbIf you have a track record of designing and governing enterprise-scale Azure and Databricks data platforms, and enjoy providing technical leadership within complex regulated environments, we'd be interested in hearing from you. /b /p
