The Company NEO2 Digital is a subsidiary of the NEO2 Group, established in 2021 and conceived as a start-up. We support our industrial clients with their digital projects. How? We second our expert engineers to clients' sites to specialise in: the analysis of raw industrial data, the delivery of digital projects, and infrastructure (security, data hosting, cloud). This small, agile team operates throughout France – in Paris, Nantes, Lyon, Lille, Strasbourg, Aix-en-Provence and Bordeaux – as well as across Europe, thanks to the opening of an office in Brussels, Belgium. By joining our teams as an Application Support Engineer, you will be based at one of our clients' sites in the industrial sector. Your responsibilities will include the following :
- Deploying and maintaining applications in acceptance and production environments
- Providing N2/N3 support and troubleshooting incidents
- Helping to set up and develop application infrastructures
- Contributing to disaster recovery plans (DRP) and business continuity plans (BCP)
- Supporting project teams with new deployments
- Administering and supporting various technical components and middleware Required profile
- A graduate with a five-year degree in IT, software development or equivalent.
- Significant experience in application support and system administration
- Good command of Linux and Windows environments
- Ability to work on critical applications
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English essential
- French or Dutch an advantage Further information:
- Hybrid remote working (2 days on-site per week)
- Driving licence and personal vehicle (required for on-call duty)
- 24/7 on-call duty (1 week in 6 following a training period)
