pRobert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Risk Manager (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Vilvoorde. /p pOur client is a fast growing company active in the real estate sector. /p pAs Risk Manager (m/f/x) you will be responsible for: /p h3Enterprise and Development Risk Management /h3 ul liCollect, analyse, and consolidate data to maintain and enhance the CE enterprise risk register /li liDesign and implement robust risk management processes and governance practices /li liDevelop insightful dashboards and reporting tools to enhance transparency of risk exposure, assessments, and mitigation activities /li /ul h3Risk Framework Governance /h3 ul liAct as owner and ambassador of the CE risk policy and risk register framework /li liServe as the subject matter expert and central coordinator for risk register management across development and operational teams /li liPromote a strong risk culture and consistent risk management practices throughout the organization /li /ul h3ICT Risk Management /h3 ul liCoordinate Luxembourg IT-related regulatory filings and support the implementation of the ICT risk framework in cooperation with IT Team /li liContribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of ICT risk management policies, procedures, and registers /li liRespond to ad hoc regulatory requests and supervisory inquiries /li /ul pIn this role, you will report to the Lead Risk, Legal Compliance. /p pThe required profile for the Risk Manager (m/f/x) position: /p ul liMinimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant risk or audit role /li liDegree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Business Automation Finance, Risk Management /li liExperience in real estate or infrastructure industry is a plus /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail /li liProficient stakeholder management /li liStrong governance and documentation skills /li liFluent in English /li /ul pRobert Half BV and Robert Half Project Sourcing BV process the data from applicants that is required to carry out the application process.
