Senior Product Owner – Employee Benefits Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner with strong expertise in
Employee Benefits, 2nd pillar pensions and group insurance . You
will bridge business and IT, define product strategy and
priorities, and drive digital transformation and customer journey
improvements. Responsibilities Define the product vision, roadmap
and priorities. Translate business, customer and regulatory needs
into epics, features and user stories. Own and prioritize the
product backlog based on business value. Identify opportunities to
digitalize and improve customer, employer, broker and employee
journeys. Collaborate with business stakeholders, Agile teams,
architects and other Product Owners. Coordinate dependencies and
facilitate collaboration across teams. Participate in PI Planning,
Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives. Validate delivered
solutions against business requirements and customer outcomes.
Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement
initiatives. Monitor market and technology trends and identify
improvement opportunities. Manage stakeholder expectations and
ensure strong business alignment. Requirements 5+ years of relevant
experience in Product Ownership, digital transformation, business
transformation or project management. Strong and recent experience
in Employee Benefits / 2nd pillar / group insurance is essential.
Experience with customer journey redesign and multi-stakeholder
initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication
skills. Customer-focused, autonomous and results-driven. Experience
with Agile/Scrum; SAFe experience is a strong advantage. Strong
stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
experience. Fluent in Dutch or French , with strong professional
English . Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on
execution and lead people through change. Key Focus Areas
Digitalization of employer and employee/affiliate journeys.
Improving administration and servicing of pension and group
insurance products. Simplifying and improving transparency of
processes for customers and partners. Assignment
