AXA Belgium is seeking an Expert Genesys Cloud Developer to design, develop and integrate contact center solutions within the Customer Engagement ecosystem. You will work with Architects, security specialists and business stakeholders to evolve the platform across voice and digital channels.
You will translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, develop interactions, routing and automation, and ensure security and quality standards are met.
