📊 5–7+ years of relevant experience
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with strong Oracle HCM Cloud expertise to contribute to a major HR digital transformation initiative.
🔎 What you’ll be doing
✅ Analyse HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
✅ Support the implementation and configuration of Learning, Skills & Mentoring functionalities
✅ Gather and document business and functional requirements
✅ Perform process and gap analysis
✅ Design functional workflows and HR processes
✅ Work closely with HR, business and technical stakeholders
✅ Support functional testing, validation and troubleshooting
✅ Help drive successful adoption of the new HR platform
🎯 What we’re looking for
🔹 5–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or similar
🔹 Strong hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience
🔹 Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and configuration
🔹 Solid knowledge of HR processes and HR information systems
🔹 Experience with requirements gathering, gap analysis and functional design
🔹 Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
🔹 Fluent English

➕ Oracle Learning Cloud experience
➕ Skills and/or Mentoring module experience
➕ SAP SuccessFactors experience
➕ Experience with HRIS migration or transformation projects
