Responsibilities:
/h3 ul liAnalyze user and business needs. /li liDesign user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. /li liConduct user testing and provide improvement recommendations. /li liContribute to the evolution of the Design System and UX standards. /li liCollaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and development teams in an Agile environment. /li liIntegrate the framework provided by management, enterprise architects, or business analysts into the design. /li /ul h3Required
Skills:
/h3 ul liProven experience in UX Design for web or business applications. /li liMastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). /li liExcellent communication, listening, and workshop facilitation skills. /li liAbility to work autonomously as well as in a team. /li liAbility to translate complex needs into simple, user-centered solutions. /li liExperience in creating personas, user journeys, user flows, and prototypes. /li liExperience in conducting user tests and writing reports. /li liKnowledge of the public sector and employment is a plus. /li /ul h3Tools: /h3 ul liFigma (Mandatory) /li liZeroHeight /li /ul pAs a consultant at Keystone Solutions, you will engage in dynamic projects that offer diverse challenges across various client environments.
