pOur client, a prominent organization in the public safety sector, is looking for an expert to conduct a thorough evaluation of their current asset management landscape. The project focuses on assessing IT, OT, and informational assets to deliver a strategic improvement roadmap for the security office. /pulliMap the current state of hardware, software, data, cloud, and OT assets across the organization. /liliEvaluate the completeness and accuracy of existing CMDB and discovery tools. /liliOrganize interviews and workshops with infrastructure, application, and security stakeholders to gather requirements. /liliPerform gap analyses against international standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST. /liliAnalyze and prioritize security risks related to unmanaged or obsolete assets. /liliDevelop a concrete roadmap for asset discovery, classification, and lifecycle management. /liliPresent findings and strategic recommendations to executive management and the security office. /li /ululliYou have 8+ years of experience in bAsset Management /b including inventory, classification, and lifecycle management. /liliYou possess 8+ years of expertise in bCybersecurity /b frameworks such as bISO 27001 /b, bNIST SP 800-53 /b, and bCyFun /b. /liliYou bring proven experience with bCMDB /b and discovery tools such as bServiceNow /b, bLansweeper /b, or bTanium /b. /liliYou have deep knowledge of bCloud /b and bOT /b asset management including shadow IT detection. /liliYou possess solid experience performing risk assessments for unmanaged or unpatched assets. /liliYou're autonomous and capable of delivering high-quality results in short-term, high-impact missions. /liliYou possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders from management to technical administrators. /liliYou are fluent in bFrench /b or bDutch /b with active knowledge of bEnglish /b. /li /ulpbNice to Haves /b /pulliMaster's degree in a relevant field. /liliPossession of certifications such as bISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer /b, bCISM /b, or bCDPSE /b. /li /ulullibStart date: /b 15/10/2026 /lilibDuration: /b 2-3 months /lilibWork regime: /b Full-time /lilibLocation: /b Brussels /lilibWorking model: /b Hybrid /lilibContract: /b open to both permanent employees and freelancers /li /ul
