The role operates within the Delivery organization, reporting jointly to the Head of Practice ServiceNow BeNeLux and the Head of Delivery, and works closely with Sales teams and other Practices. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3People Leadership Capability Development /h3 ulliOwn people management and talent development for the ServiceNow consulting team, ensuring a strong skills pipeline aligned to market and customer demand. /liliDefinecapability development priorities(skills, certifications, roles) based on business strategy, go-to-market needs, and future demand. /liliDrive standardization of roles, skills, and delivery models across the practice to improve scalability and efficiency. /liliCoach and develop the team with a balance of constructive challenge and support, giving honest, actionable feedback that people can act on. /li /ul h3PL Financial Performance /h3 ulliHoldoverall PL responsibilityfor the ServiceNow consulting practice in BeNeLux. /liliDrivecost optimization, margin improvement, and revenue growthacross consulting services and implementation projects. /liliOptimize the mix between local consultants andGlobal Delivery Centersto ensure competitive pricing and sustainable margins. /li /ul h3Market Growth Go-To-Market /h3 ulliActively support and shapego-to-market strategiesfor ServiceNow offerings in the BeNeLux. /liliWork closely with Sales to position ServiceNow consulting services, define value propositions, and support complex deals. /liliPlay anactive role in pre-sales, including solution shaping, pricing strategy, staffing models, and customer presentations. /li /ul h3Delivery Excellence Customer Engagement /h3 ulliEnsure consistent delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and repeat business across all ServiceNow engagements. /liliEstablish structured mechanisms to gather and act onregular customer feedback. /liliDrive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tooling, and collaboration across practices. /li /ul h3Organizational Stakeholder Alignment /h3 ulliWork closely with the Head of Practice ServiceNow and Head of Delivery, aligning strategy, execution, and priorities. /liliEnsure strong collaboration with other practices and the broader sales community to deliver integrated customer solutions. /liliStrengthen relationships with Global Delivery Centers to improve efficiency, quality, and knowledge sharing. /li /ul pLead the people.
