- 12 Month Contract /h3 ul liBrussels (Hybrid) /li li12-Month Initial Contract /li liFreelance Contract /li /ul pWe're supporting a leading technology organisation in Brussels that is investing heavily in a new AI Innovation Lab focused on building next-generation AI products, intelligent automation solutions, and enterprise-scale GenAI capabilities. /p pThis is an opportunity to work at the forefront of AI, helping shape and deploy real-world solutions using the latest advancements in Large Language Models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and develop AI-powered applications using Python, LLMs, and GenAI technologies /li liBuild and optimise RAG pipelines leveraging vector databases and semantic search /li liDevelop APIs and backend services to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms /li liWork closely with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product teams to take AI solutions from prototype to production /li liFine-tune, evaluate, and improve LLM performance, accuracy, and reliability /li liImplement prompt engineering, model orchestration, and AI governance best practices /li liContribute to the evolution of the client's AI Innovation Lab and help shape future AI initiatives /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li3+ years' experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or Software Engineer with AI exposure /li liStrong development experience with Python /li liHands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures /li liExperience working with SQL and large-scale datasets /li liKnowledge of vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration /li liExperience building APIs and deploying solutions into production environments /li liExposure to frameworks such as LangChain, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, LangGraph, or similar is desirable /li liComfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams /li /ul
