Experience:
8–10 years We are looking for an IAM Business Analyst to support Identity and Access Management initiatives, with a strong focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ and access lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document functional and non-functional IAM requirements . Work with business stakeholders, AO, BO and IAM Operations teams to capture requirements and secure sign-off. Define IAM use cases and processes across Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, PAM, reporting and analytics . Support IAM governance documentation, including policies, procedures, standards and access reviews. Manage dependencies across IAM projects and support successful IAM deployments. Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Skills 8–10 years of experience in IAM Business Analysis . Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management processes. Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ , auto-provisioning and access reviews. Strong requirements gathering, documentation and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of IAM governance and regulatory requirements.
