E& I Project Engineer

We now wish to recruit an Project Engineer to coordinate, oversee and manage numerous projects at our Managed Services site in Geel.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with multi-discipline Engineering\ Design, Project Management and Construction Management teams. Responsibilities On a day to day basis you will be involved in the following activities:Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with our clientsEffectively communicating with both internal & external stakeholdersEstablishing project objectives in line with our clients and ensure goals & timelines are achievedExecution of projects via the PM Group Quality and Management systemsBeing responsible for projects technical and commercial deliveryDeveloping & implementing an appropriate project execution strategyEstablishing project resource requirements and leading\ Motivating the project teamEnsuring compliance with local statutory and regulatory obligationsDeveloping & maintaining project budgetsManaging development of project plans with focus on achievement of project goalsProviding performance updates / reports views for identification of variances and corrective actionLiaising with Senior management with regular project performance status Qualifications You will have the following:A minimum of 3 – 6 years’ experience in the Project Management of medium to large capital projects from design through to construction and commissioningAn excellent record in Health & Safety. Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a similar fieldWell-developed interpersonal and communication skills are essential along with a good understanding\ Experience of project controls & governance through the full project lifecycle.
