Key Responsibilities
To succeed in this role, you take a proactive approach to maintain high quality standards through these core activities: Implement and maintain cGMP and GDP requirements within the quality system to ensure total regulatory compliance. Drive vendor quality management by overseeing performance and drafting precise Quality Agreements with external partners. Review and approve investigations, deviations, and change controls related to global distribution processes. Serve as a subject matter expert to support the team with the interpretation of complex distribution regulations. Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and inspection readiness. Qualifications You bring 5 to 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically within a Quality or GDP focused role. Your deep understanding of EU GDP Guidelines and cGMP concepts allows for confident decision-making. You possess strong knowledge of global distribution models, including 3PL management and temperature-controlled logistics. You are fluent in both English and French, enabling you to collaborate effectively in a multilingual professional environment. You demonstrate an analytical mindset and the ability to take ownership of complex topics until closure. Benefits Compensation includes a monthly gross salary between 4000€ and 4500€, complemented by a company car and a full range of benefits.
