As Group Talent Acquisition Development Manager, you will take ownership of the Group Talent agenda. Working closely with HR teams and business leaders across the organisation, you will develop and implement talent strategies, frameworks, processes and programmes that support the attraction, development and retention of talent. In this newly created role, you will help further professionalise the Talent Development and Talent Acquisition approach across Lotus Bakeries and strengthen Group HR's role as a centre of expertise. /p ul liDevelop and implement a Group-wide talent strategy aligned with Lotus Bakeries' business growth ambitions and culture. /li liTranslate global talent trends and best practices into pragmatic solutions that fit the culture, maturity and needs of Lotus Bakeries. /li liIdentify where greater consistency, professionalisation or expertise is needed across countries and areas. /li liAct as a strategic talent advisor to HR stakeholders and the business. /li liDevelop talent KPIs and reporting to measure the impact and effectiveness of talent initiatives. /li liStrengthen the role of Group HR as a centre of expertise for talent. /li /ul pLead Group Talent Development /p ul liLead The Group Learning Development framework. /li liDefine and implement an e-learning framework, policy and process across the organisation. /li liLead the continuous performance process. Connect Talent Development with the performance management cycle, ensuring that development conversations lead to concrete actions. /li liDevelop and implement targeted programmes around leadership, people management, coaching, project management, negotiation and other critical capabilities. /li liFurther professionalise the Group's approach to leadership development. /li liSupport career development and internal mobility. /li liFurther develop the Group's Talent Acquisition strategy, tools and ways of working. /li liStrengthen employer branding across countries and support local teams with relevant tools, campaigns and expertise. /li liSupport recruitment of critical and senior positions. /li liBuild a proactive talent pipeline for critical and future-oriented roles. /li liUse recruitment data, technology and AI to further improve the recruitment process and effectiveness. /li liTake ownership of the Group Young Graduate Programme, including programme coordination and selection. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liYou have a strong academic background, including a Master's degree. /li liYou build a broad, relevant experience in Talent Management with a proven track record in designing and implementing talent development frameworks. /li liYou have experience in building talent strategies in an international and growing organisation. /li liYou have the ability to translate strategy into concrete programmes, tools and processes. /li liYou have strong project management skills and take initiatives form beginning until end. You combine this with a results-oriented mindset, strong ownership and the drive to make things happen. /li liYou have a strong affinity with digital HR tools such as LMS, e-learning solutions and digital learning journeys. /li liYou have excellent communication and presentation skills in English. /li /ul p"Our working atmosphere is really unique.
