Microsoft Entra Identity Management Engineer

Brussels, Belgium Work Model: Hybrid Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 6 Months We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Entra Identity Management Engineer with 6–8 years of experience to join a dynamic project in Brussels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and modern authentication technologies. Key Responsibilities Produce and maintain low-level design (LLD) documentation and architecture diagrams for IAM solutions and application onboarding. Plan and execute Single Sign-On (SSO) migrations (SAML/OIDC) from legacy Identity Providers to Microsoft Entra ID. Participate in customer workshops and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions. Support testing of authentication, SSO, and access management processes. Build and maintain automation using PowerShell, Azure Automation, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions. Integrate identity solutions using Microsoft Graph and REST APIs. Develop and maintain IAM standards aligned with Zero Trust security principles. Create operational documentation, runbooks, and support knowledge transfer activities. Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams following ITIL/ITSM best practices. Required Skills 6–8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management. Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory. Hands-on experience with SAML, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Conditional Access. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting. Experience with Azure Automation, Logic Apps, or Azure Functions. Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs. Experience with Git and CI/CD practices. Understanding of SCIM provisioning, identity monitoring, SQL, and KQL. Familiarity with Azure fundamentals, RBAC, and networking concepts. Strong documentation and diagramming skills (Visio; Mermaid/PlantUML is an advantage). Excellent English communication skills. French and/or Dutch is a plus.
